How can I apply a promotional code?

You may enter your discount code during the checkout process. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the products you would like to purchase and add them to your cart.
  2. Open your cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. If you are shopping on a mobile device, tap “Show order summary” to display the discount code field.
  4. If you are using a desktop device, enter your code in the discount box shown on the checkout page.
  5. Complete your payment using your preferred available payment method.

Please make sure the promotional code is entered before submitting your payment, as discounts may not be applied after an order has been placed.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. vqetoryn provides international shipping to eligible destinations. To improve delivery efficiency, orders may be shipped from a fulfillment center that is best suited for your delivery location.

How long does delivery usually take?

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery generally takes 10–20 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local courier handling, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our direct control.

How do I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You may use the tracking number to follow your parcel through common tracking platforms, such as 17track.net, or through the courier’s official tracking page where available.

Why has my tracking information stopped updating?

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label or tracking number is created.

For international shipments, it is also normal for tracking activity to pause for several days while the parcel is moving between countries, customs facilities, or major sorting centers.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels. This can happen when products are stored in different warehouses or when separate shipments help speed up delivery.

If your order is split into multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when available.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my shipping address or contact information?

Address and contact updates must be requested as soon as possible after the order is placed. Please email support@vqetoryn.com with the subject line:

Urgent: Address Change

Include the following details in your message:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The corrected shipping name, address, phone number, or other delivery details

We will do our best to update the information before fulfillment begins. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes. In that case, you may need to contact the delivery carrier directly.

Can I change the product details in my order?

Changes to product options, such as size, color, quantity, or item selection, are only possible within a limited time after purchase.

  • The exact change you would like to request

Order adjustments are not guaranteed and depend on whether the order has already entered processing or fulfillment.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped or prepared for dispatch.

Please contact support@vqetoryn.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. A small processing fee may apply to approved cancellations. Once the package has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

After-Sales Support & Returns

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We are sorry if your order arrives in damaged condition. Please contact support@vqetoryn.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used when placing the order
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the damaged item
  • A photo of the shipping label on the package

Our support team will review the information and provide the next steps.

How do I report a defective item or quality issue?

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or quality problem, please email support@vqetoryn.com with:

  • Your checkout email address
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence showing the defect clearly

Once your claim is reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution according to our return and refund policy.

What should I do if an item is missing or I received the wrong product?

If your package is missing an item or contains the wrong product, please contact support@vqetoryn.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A clear explanation of what is missing or incorrect
  • Photos or videos of the item received, the packaging, and the shipping label

We will review your case and assist with the appropriate solution.

Can I send my item back to the sender address on the package?

No. Please do not return any item to the sender address shown on your parcel or to any address not approved by our support team.

All returns must be authorized before being shipped back. To request a return, please contact:

Customer Account & Email Support

I cannot find my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please first check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered email folders.

If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, contact support@vqetoryn.com and provide the email address you may have used during checkout. Our support team will help verify your order and resend the confirmation where possible.

I have not received my tracking number. What should I do?

Tracking details are usually sent within 1–2 business days after the order has been processed.

If you have not received tracking information after that period, please check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is still missing, contact support@vqetoryn.com with your order number and checkout email address so our team can check the shipment status for you.
