1. Final Sale Policy
All regular purchases made through vqetoryn are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for standard orders unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly sent due to a fulfillment error.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take product quality and order accuracy seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please follow the process below.
Reporting Window
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact our customer support team within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date.

After receiving your claim, our team will review the details and supporting materials. vqetoryn reserves the right to decide the most appropriate solution based on the circumstances. Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
3. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the order. Refund processing usually takes 7–12 business days after approval.
Please note that the exact time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
4. Exchanges and Replacements
We do not offer standard product exchanges. Replacement items are only provided when a damage, defect, or wrong-item claim has been reviewed and approved according to this policy.
5. Unauthorized Returns and Return Address Notice
Please do not send any item back without first receiving written approval from our customer support team. vqetoryn is not responsible for packages returned without authorization.
Do not return your order to the sender address shown on the package. If your claim is approved and a physical return is required, our support team will provide return instructions.
